Our Core Values

“God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.” ~1 Peter 4:10, NLT

Honor People.

We exist to help people on the journey to becoming beautifully whole inside and out. We have walked this road ourselves and know first-hand how it feels. Therefore, we promise to honor people in their journey, build them up, and never tear them down. When tough love is needed to help people grow, we will share it in an honorable way. When conflict arises, as it will, we will resolve it with honor.

Ask God.

We are a faith-based company. We know that without God’s hand upon us, we can accomplish nothing. No Thing! So, we choose to invite God into our business, ASK Him for guidance and favor, and always point to Him! We seek to honor other people in their beliefs and not to denigrate or force our views on other people but to love them where they are at.

Lead With Excellence.

We promise to celebrate the sprouts and remain teachable as we grow. To do this we must remain humble and let go of pride, self-pity, and perfectionism so we can work with a spirit of excellence no matter how big or small the assignment. We recognize that leading with excellence requires the ability to always learn from our mistakes so we can rise up as the leaders we are called to be.
